We provide media publishing services in the cloud, including software as a service ("SaaS") products and related services. Our services may include access to software, technical support, and other services as described on our website.

To use our services, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Payment and Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services. We may charge your credit card or other payment method on file for all fees due. If your payment method fails, we may suspend or terminate your account. All fees are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

We own all right, title, and interest in and to our services, including all intellectual property rights. You may not use our services except as expressly authorized by these Terms.

We may terminate your account or restrict your access to our services at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bozeman, Montana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
